E-commerce agency ‘ShopWorks’ wanted to expand their team with some brand new talented programmers. We developed their contagious recruitment campaign ‘A seriously fun place to work’.
From the get-go it was clear that the vibe at ShopWorks was very informal and fun. We wanted to translate this vibe to the campaign and attract potential new workers by communicating relevant information in an entertaining way. Besides that, we positioned ShopWorks itself as a creative, professional yet fun company. This resulted in a recruitment/branding campaign hybrid.
