Stop scrolling through social media and constantly comparing yourself to an unobtainable image. Our northern dutch friends at Pünktlich came to us with this great idea for the leading comparison platform Independer.
The gist was that people should stop comparing online, and start with themselves. A cheeky route, as Independer is the most well known comparison platform in the Netherlands. Together we came up with several ideas and settings in which this concept could come to life and we produced and directed two simple yet impactful social campaigns.
Social snacks that were beyond compare
By starting the vids 'scrolling through a feed' we showed the way over the top social media life and juxtaposed this by following it up with down-to-earth protagonists who are fed up with this bullcr*p and put away their phones. And then seeing them do the complete opposite of what we just saw, the 'normal' way. We loved the simplicity of the vids and the message really resonated with Independers audience. The campaign did very well, and shortly thereafter we made three new ones, showing the longevity of the concept! All in all a great collab with our friends over at Pünktlich.
